Each person who engages in counseling is seen as a unique individual from a holistic perspective. The approach and techniques applied within the counseling relationship are tailored specifically to each individual and their particular needs. I utilize a Trauma informed, Internal Family Systems Informed, Somatic approach, integrated with other modalities such as Mindfulness Theory, Person-Centered Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based, Guided Imagery, Breathwork, Relationship Building concepts, Sound Healing and more. Integration of these approaches/strategies allows for the individual to be an active participant throughout the process, making choices and working in a collaborative relationship with me. Through this authentic relationship, people gain the opportunity to connect with themselves and others in a deeper, more profound way.
